Jill Lucken is a solution-driven non-profit professional with nearly 25 years of fundraising and volunteer engagement experience. As the Executive Vice President for District Councils at ULI, JILL oversees 52 District Councils across the Americas region that continuously work to provide keen leadership and networking opportunities, improve DEI initiatives, conduct educational forums, and build important relationships with our 45,000 plus members in the land use industry.
Before joining ULI in January of 2022, Jill spent more than 10 years at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. She has extended experience in donor management, acquisition, and stewardship and working in complex matrix organizations. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa State University where she studied Art & Design and minored in Journalism & Mass Communication. Additionally, she completed the Executive Director Leadership certificate program at the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business in 2013.
Jill is also an active member of CHIEF, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
