Brandon Powell, a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, is a seasoned entrepreneur in the areas of business formation and execution primarily for trade based concerns. He has consulted and advised developers, custom home builders and general trade partners in the areas of land acquisition (general and OZ), master planning, building trends and science, funding, project management and design build streamlining.

Brandon is the former President & Chief Servant at The Helpful Community of Businesses and a former Principal with Period Homes / Development. Prior, he worked for seven years as a franchise owner with N2 Publishing, aiding the company with going from ($8m ARR to over $120 ARR). Brandon has been a part of several VC and angel backed ventures in the roles of founder and investor. He remains rooted in growing the Indianapolis business community mainly in the areas of built structures and environments.

Brandon holds a B.A. in Marketing from Butler University.

With a deep love for building things and people, Brandon is a past board member of Art With a Heart and currently serves on the board of Elevate Indianapolis, Midtown Indy and is in the process of birthing the Keystone Monon Neighborhood Association.

Brandon lives in Indianapolis with his wife and four kiddos.
