Ms. Trinity Hart
Trinity Hart is a cofounder and Chief Development & Product Officer of Storie Co. Starting her development career in affordable housing before focusing on market-rate mixed-use, she has led nearly $250 million of real estate development projects in both new construction and historic adaptive reuse and has secured over $35 million in local, state, and federal incentives.
Trinity’s early career included fashion design, outdoor education, and working internationally. She received a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning and completed Executive Education programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Trinity guides concept and design as well as the development and construction of projects at Storie Co.
